FHS uses the electronic procurement tool TendSign (www.tendsign.com). It is free of charge to use the system, to retrieve the specifications and to submit tenders. Tenders may not be submitted in paper format, by fax or e-mail.
Technical questions about the system are asked to Visma TendSign support by email: tendsignsupport@visma.com.

TendSign Support is not open 24/7, therefore it is important to get in touch well before the last date of tender, so that technical support is ensured.
Bidders should register the user account well in advance of submission.
If a Bidder does not register on Visma TendSign's website, but downloads
otherwise, FHS cannot guarantee that information about the procurement
(any clarifications and questions and answers) during the tender period and during the evaluation process will be provided by the Bidder.
