The Integration Services (IFD) are intended to complement the instruments of rehabilitation providers and integration offices for the initial or reintegration of people with disabilities into the workforce.
In Rhineland-Palatinate, the Integration Office in the State Office for Social Affairs, Youth and Care commissions the IFD for this purpose. One sub-area is the IFD Part-Time Service (IFD-BBD), which aims to solve or alleviate the problems of people with severe disabilities in the workplace.
