The tender is a joint tender consisting of 5 sub-agreements with 5 contractors respectively, which are the following: Dinel A / S, El-Net East A / S, Origo Service A / S, Nord Energi Teknik A / S and TREFOR El-net A / S . In this tender, the client wants to obtain offers of 10 / 0.4 kV distribution transformers with an option on associated consignment storage. Two additional options for storing used 10 / 0.4 kV distribution transformers and a service function, respectively, including handling and repair of used 10 / 0.4 kV distribution transformers are also associated with sub-agreement 5. The purpose of entering into the sub-agreements is to secure deliveries of 10/0 , 4 kV distribution transformers for new plants and maintenance of the contractor's supply plant.

Subpart 1:

- The framework agreement includes the supply of 10 / 0.4 kV distribution transformers with option on associated consignment storage. The client is Dinel A / S.

Subpart 2:

- The framework agreement includes the supply of 10 / 0.4 kV distribution transformers with option on associated consignment storage. The contracting entity is El-Net Øst A / S.

Subpart 3:

- The framework agreement includes the supply of 10 / 0.4 kV distribution transformers with option on associated consignment storage. The client is Origo Service A / S.

Subpart 4:

- The framework agreement includes the supply of 10 / 0.4 kV distribution transformers with option on associated consignment storage. The contracting entity is Nord Energi Teknik A / S.

Subpart 5:

- The framework agreement includes the supply of 10 / 0.4 kV distribution transformers with an option on an associated consignment warehouse as well as an additional 2 options respectively containing:

- storage of the client's used 10 / 0.4 kV distribution transformers,

- Service function and repair of the contractor's used 10 / 0.4 kV distribution transformers.

The contracting entity is TREFOR El-net A / S.
