The Contractor may submit 1 (one) bid in the proceedings.

In these proceedings, the Contracting Authority does not specify the requirements for employment on the basis of an employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the PPL, and does not specify the requirements for the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the PPL.
