The purpose of this contract is the acquisition and delivery of various personal protective equipment for staff in the Grand Est Region in order to improve their working conditions and guarantee the highest possible level of protection. Approximately 5,800 employees (including 5,400 high school staff: kitchen, upkeep, maintenance), spread over 293 sites, are concerned.

82 article references are requested, the set being made up of work gloves, helmets, goggles, equipment for working at height, noise protection, specific equipment for welding, protection for work in green spaces, high visibility, respiratory protection, hygiene, etc.

Applicants will be required to provide samples in support of their bid (see Rc).

The local authority will place an order for personal protective equipment according to 2 timeframes: an annual order per establishment or service and orders as they arise for additional or specific needs.

It is planned that each year a global annual order will be placed to ensure the renewal of the personal protective equipment necessary for the missions of the agents of an establishment or service. In terms of volume, it accounts for more than 80% of the year's orders.

The first period of these annual orders will therefore take place in the 1st half of 2024.

One-off orders can be placed at any time, throughout the year. The quantities ordered will in no way be equivalent to those planned during the annual campaigns.
