The joint procurement contract is for carpentry work for acute improvements, planned maintenance work, and minor renovation projects. Typical assignments will be replacements and/or repairs to doors, windows, kitchen fittings, wall/ceiling boards, laying floors, panels, etc.

The joint procurement contracts will be valid for assignments up to NOK 500 000 excluding VAT. It will be optional to use this contract for assignments exceeding this amount. Contract assignments will not be included in this agreement.

Oslo Municipality will enter into eight parallel framework agreements, provided that there is a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. The municipality will be divided into four zones, and contracts will be signed with two tenderers per zone.

The carpentry services will be a contract area where the scope varies from year to years as the requirement for upgrades, renovation and repairs fluctuates.
