The subject of the Framework Agreement (RV) described above is the planning and implementation of traffic surveys in the trains of the SPNV in the Elektronetz Nord Sachsen-Anhalt - Enorm (DB RegioAG) and in other SPNV networks consisting of passenger surveys and place group counts. Their purpose is to provide the data basis for determining the revenue claim from the conditions of carriage of the Deutsche Bahn (BB DB) including the international tariff (SCIC) of the relevant SPNV task forces vis-à-vis DB Regio AG. For this purpose, it is intended to conclude with a range of pure RV, on the basis of which are regularly commissioned until the timetable year 2023 to initiate traffic surveys according to the respective current needs. In addition to the RV, the first individual project to be set up on this basis is to be commissioned ("Traffic surveys in the Elektronetz Nord (ENORM) using a continuous survey procedure in the timetable year 2020).
