The subject of the contract is a service within the meaning of art. 2 point 10 of the Pzp Act, consisting in the removal of waste from containers and the supply, installation, lease, maintenance and emptying of street bins in towns in the commune of Białe Błota.

The scope and conditions for the performance of the subject of the contract are specified in detail in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the contract) and the contract template together with attachments, constituting Annex 1 to the ToR, which is available on the website of the Employer: www.bip.bialeblota.pl, in place of announcement of these proceedings, from the date of publication of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union.

The contracting authority envisages awarding the contractor the contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in the repetition of similar services that are in accordance with the subject of the contract, consisting in increasing the number of containers and increasing the amount of waste collected from these containers, and increasing the number of street bins and increasing the amount of waste collected from these street bins, if it has funds for their implementation, and their value will not exceed the total value of this contract, taken into account when calculating the value of the basic contract. On the occasion of the abovementioned orders will be concluded a separate agreement.

1) Part I: removal of waste from containers located in the commune of Białe Błota: The subject of the contract includes handling of containers with municipal waste, handling containers with waste from construction, renovation and dismantling of building objects and infrastructure, export and utilization of unsorted municipal waste.

Part II: delivery, installation, lease, maintenance and emptying of street bins in towns in the commune of Białe Błota: The subject of the contract includes delivery and placement of own street baskets with a capacity of 40-50 liters and emptying of the above-mentioned baskets included in the list.
