— gas pipeline n/c dn225PE RC; L = approx. 360 [m],

— connectors n/c dn63PE RC; L = approx. 232 [m]; 24 pcs ,

— connectors n/c dn90PE RC; L = approx. 74 [m]; 1 pc. ,

— connection for switching n/c dn63PE; L = approx. 1 [m]; 1 pc

1) the implementation of the construction project, the executive and the object of the works for the task of the following: 'Execution of the design documentation for the execution of construction works involving the reconstruction of the gas network in msc. Wejherowo ul. Klasztorna, Zamkowa, Parkowa; SG/00069010", based on the conditions of connection in Annex 2 to the Agreement;

2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the Employer, from the competent authority, the final building permit decision;

3) execution of the investor's cost estimate;

4) exercising author's supervision.
