Mono-attribute framework agreement with minimum and maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1º R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the order code public. Issue of purchase orders. Benefits may vary within the following limits:

- lot 1: minimum quantity 120 000 liters / maximum quantity 156 000 liters,

- lot 2: minimum quantity 2,000 liters / maximum quantity 6,000 liters.

For lot 1: the duration of the contract runs from the date of notification until 31.12.2022; for lot 2: from 28.9.2020 to 31.12.2022; for each lot, the contract notification is worth the purchase order for the entire duration of the contract, except for special conditions defined in the second case of Articles 8.2 and 8.3 of the CCTP.
