The subject of the order is the collection of municipal waste from the area of the Goleszów commune, originating from:
- from owners of residential properties, properties with holiday homes and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes,
- from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) run by the Employer,
- from illegal dumps and collected during ecological campaigns
and management of collected waste in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery as well as limiting the mass of municipal waste transferred to storage, referred to in the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. U. 2019, item 2010).

and management of collected waste in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery as well as reduction of the mass of municipal waste transferred to storage, referred to in the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. U. 2019, item 2010).
The period of material performance of the contract from 1.7.2021 to 31.12.2021, the estimated minimum amount of waste for collection and management during the service period is 5700 Mg.
Based on Article. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer requires that the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor throughout the entire period of performance of the subject of the contract employ under the employment contract within the meaning of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040) persons performing the following activities in the implementation of the subject of the contract: physical direct performance of services related to collection, loading, transport, unloading.

The contracting authority envisages the award of contracts consisting in the repetition of similar services referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law, up to 25% of the basic contract.
