The scope of the tender covers the hiring of external employees in relation to the following functions:

Hiring from scale 10, including, but not limited to:

a) WOZ appraisers;

b) external employees to change BAG and Kadaster links / filiations / object demarcations;

c) external employees for handling WOZ and tax objections;

d) external collaborators on petitions and appeals remission;

2. ZZP'ers;

3. other unforeseen external hiring, of which the generic hiring is excluded *.

* In the event that the contractors for generic hiring cannot provide for a hiring request, the Contracting Authority may execute this hiring request at the bottom of this Agreement.

The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract one (1) Tenderer for the hiring of external employees for an initial period of two (2) years. Contracting authority has a one-sided, optional extension option of two (2) times one (1) year.
