The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, acquisition of non-wood products for performance in the Górowo Iławeckie Forest District in 2023

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, obtaining non-wood products to be carried out in the Górowo Iławeckie Forest District in 2023.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood harvesting non-wood products resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;

Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;

Attachment No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of harvesting wood;

Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding;

Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential);

Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds);

(3) The material scopes set out in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Attachment No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the Director General of the State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" in organizational units of the State Forests together with the changes introduced by amending decisions;

Appendix No. 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry works execution technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Olsztyn adopted by Decision No. 47 of the Regional Director of the State Forests of 28/07/2022 regarding the amendment of the Annex to Decision No. 10 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Olsztyn of 15/09/2022 on the approval of activities for the description of the technology of forest works in the organizational units of the RDSF in Olsztyn.

A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and Annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
