The agreement is entered into for four (4) years. After this initial term, the agreement can be extended three times for two (2) years.

By means of this tender, the contracting authority wants to be able to draw up and publish environmental plans and to draw up, edit and publish applicable rules in an up-to-date system according to the current state of the art (state-of-the-art). art solution). This requires new planning software and new software for applicable rules, which is based on and complies with the current national (GEMMA) standards and which develops with these standards.

The tendering authority is aware that the requested solution has not yet been fully developed at the time of award, acceptance of the implementation and when the Environment and Planning Act comes into effect.

The supplier is expected to closely follow the developments in the market and in legislation and regulations and, as a result of this, make adjustments to the solution where necessary or desired so that this solution complies and continues to comply with the basic principle of a state-of-the-art. art solution and remains based on current national standards.
