- local or hosted solution

The bidder is free to propose a local solution or a hosted solution. In the latter case, the rates of the calls may not be higher than the rates currently paid by the Fund,

- redundancy

The offer will include the redundancy elements necessary to ensure the availability of telephony, whatever the circumstances, as well as a Disaster Recovery plan.

Art. 85. Whatever the type of solution offered, the successful tenderer will maintain, monitor and support the system; it will be the Fund's only point of contact (SPOC) for any telephony problem, including telephone network issues. The Fund is therefore looking for a true partner with whom long-term collaboration is possible, rather than a supplier in the strict sense of the term.
