The contracting authority would like to modernise its IT platform. The aim is to facilitate an IT platform that is flexible, scaleable, and suitable for increased pace of innovation and changes. As part of this, the contracting authority would like to procure a system for capacity for the operation of the contracting authority's IT systems in the cloud (Infrastructure as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PssS)). The procurement also includes consultancy services, support, project management, and project implementation for the migration of the existing IT systems to Iaas and PaaS.
Projects will be ongoing parallel to the migration to SaaS and SaaS for the transition to Software as a Service (SaaS) for several of the contracting authority's trade systems that are not included in this procurement, but which can be significant for changes to the scope and need for consultancy services and project management in order to coordinate a total transition to cloud based service deliveries.
