The subject of this call for tenders is the procurement of nationwide uniform and Bavaria-specific forms for doctors, psychotherapists and hospital doctors participating in contract medical care, for dentists participating in contract dental care and for hospital and rehabilitation discharge management or the Delivery of the forms of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in the Bavarian Contract Area by AOK Bayern - The Health Fund on behalf of the health insurers and the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of Bavaria (KVB) (hereinafter clients).

The subject of this call for tenders is the procurement of nationwide uniform and Bavaria-specific forms for doctors, psychotherapists and hospital doctors participating in contract medical care, for dentists participating in contract dental care and for hospital and rehabilitation discharge management or the Delivery of the forms of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in the Bavarian Contract Area by AOK Bayern - The Health Fund on behalf of the health insurers and the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of Bavaria (KVB) (hereinafter clients). The order volume is estimated at around 230 million forms per year. The estimate is based on the previous year's figures. In Bavaria, about 28,000 doctors and psychotherapists, currently around 10 teams in outpatient specialist medical care (ASV), about 50 teams in specialized outpatient palliative care (SAPV), around 8,200 dentists in contract dental care, about 8,200 dentists in hospital discharge management hospitals and about 400 rehabilitation facilities participate in rehabilitation and discharge management.

The clients intend to conclude a framework agreement with a company. The aim of the framework agreement to be concluded is to ensure an economical, timely, reliable, uncomplicated and comprehensive supply of forms in Bavaria. The nationwide uniform and Bavaria-specific forms for contract medical care and for hospital and rehabilitation discharge management are procured by AOK Bayern on behalf of the health insurance companies/associations in Bavaria. The KVB forms are procured by KVB and made available to the contractor for joint delivery with the aforementioned forms.
