The purpose of the tender is to select and contract:
- lot A: (maximum) three (3) suppliers with whom a Framework Agreement is entered into for placing future orders for the delivery of ICT Hardware products (excluding Apple products) for the office automation for the participating Clients in accordance with the requirements and wishes set in the tender documents,
- lot B: (maximum) three (3) suppliers with whom a Framework Agreement is entered into for placing future orders for the delivery of ICT Hardware products (only Apple products) for the office automation for the participating Clients in accordance with the requirements and wishes stated in the tender documents.
Automation related to the AV processes of Clients is excluded from this tender.
Lot AThe total size for lot A over a period of four (4) years is estimated at EUR 3 400 000 up to
EUR 4 200 000 excluding VAT.
Lot BThe total size for lot B over a period of four (4) years has been estimated at EUR 2,000,000 to
EUR 2 500 000 excluding VAT.
