Modification and maintenance services for two (2) Maritime surveillance aircraft Dornier 228-212.

1. The primary scope is to change aircraft attitude and heading reference system to a more capable system allowing safe execution of Finnish Border Guard mission flights. In addition, as an option ADSB-Out inhibit function.

2. As an option. The existing mission communication systems are to be enhanced with improved SATCOM and Mobile 3/4G systems. The Tactical Computer docking station is to be updated.

3. As an option. The aircraft yearly maintenance.

4. Training for systems changed by items 1 and 2.
