The Contracting Authority, (the Housing and Sustainable Communities Agency (Housing Agency)) wishes to establish a Framework of suitable qualified competent Surveyors, Architects or Engineers to provide a measurement survey of dwellings.

The Framework will last for a period of 2 years (Framework Period), which, at the sole discretion of the Housing Agency, may be extended by a further 2 years (maximum 4 years total). The Framework will consist of a maximum of 8 (eight) participants. If, during the Framework Period the Contracting Authority requires Measurement Survey Services, the Contracting Authority may procure the work by awarding contracts (Services Contracts) in accordance with the rules of the Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority may also procure the work in other ways, and does not guarantee that any work will be procured under this agreement.
