The contest is for a framework agreement for the delivery of office supplies, writing tools, copy paper, computer suppliers, toner, free school materials, and calendars.

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has spent approx. NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT per year for the last three years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

The maximum value of the contract, including any options and expected price increase is NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this agreement.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
