Provision of the base-load heating and cooling supply by geothermal energy for the building with heat requirements in accordance with the energy concept; optionally conducting and evaluating response test; Estimated chargeable costs : 750,000 net.

Referenzkriterien:

1. References at least of HZ II (processing at least LP 3 to 8)

2. Provision of baseload heating and cooling supply by geothermal energy for a building of comparable cubature (BRI approx. 38,237 m3/ GFA approx. 6,716 m2)

3. Implementation of geothermal energy use of similar existing boundary parameters (e.g. soil conditions, area requirements, probe field, probe depth, thermal conductivity subsurface)

In accordance with VgV § 74, the planning contract is awarded via a negotiated procedure with a competitive bidding process. The participant who is expected to find the best possible solution on the basis of his offer will be awarded the contract. According to AHO Issue No. 26, the planner to be commissioned must first provide service level 1 (LP 3, 4). Completion of performance level 1 is expected by 05/2024. The necessary capacities must be available to guarantee the target dates. The RLBau must be observed. The construction project is co-financed by ERDF funds.
