The subject of the contract is comprehensive banking services along with granting a bank loan in the form of a revolving line in the amount of PLN 7,000,000.00 in the current account to finance current operations. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ together with the essential provisions of the contract. The contracting authority provides for the right of option in accordance with Annex 1.1 to the SWZ.
