Task 1: Collection, transport and recovery of waste from mechanical processing code 19 12 12 – over-sieve fraction.

Task 2: Collection, transport and recovery of waste code 19 12 12 - over-sieve fraction in baled form.

Task 3: Collection, transport and recovery of waste code 19 12 07 - bulky waste.

Task 4: Collection, transport and recovery of waste code 16 01 03 - used tyres.

Task 5: Collection, transport and recovery of waste code 15 01 02 - plastic packaging.

Task 6: Collection, transport and transfer for thermal disposal in an incineration plant for medical waste and medicines.

Task 7: Collection, transport and disposal of hazardous waste.

Service of collection, transport and recovery of waste from mechanical treatment 19 12 12 - other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of wastes other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 after mechanical treatment, generated in the recovery process R12 - on a rotary sieve with a mesh of 80 mm (over-sieve fraction) and waste with codes: 02 01 04, 07 02 13, 15 01 03, 15 02 03, 15 01 06, 16 01 19, 16 03 06, 16 80 01, 17 02 03, 17 03 80, 17 06 04, 17 09 04, 20 01 10, 20 01 11, 20 01 38, 20 01 39 all waste from municipal waste.

Estimated quantity to be collected during the term of the contract: approx. 16,000 Mg/year

Service of collection, transport and recovery code 19 12 12 (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 in baled form.

Estimated quantity to be collected during the term of the contract: approx. 2,000 Mg/year.

Service of collection, transport and recovery of waste code 19 12 07 wood other than those mentioned in 19 12 06, wastes from manual treatment or mechanical treatment of bulky waste from households, 20 03 07 bulky waste, without treatment.

Estimated quantity to be collected during the term of the contract: approx. 2,500 Mg/year.

Waste collection, transport and recovery service code 16 01 03 – used tires from residents of the city of Zielona Góra, which are stored on the premises of DZO.

Estimated quantity to be received during the term of the contract 150 Mg/year.

Collection, transport and recovery of waste code 15 01 02 plastic packaging, selectively collected from the city and municipality of Zielona Góra.

Estimated quantity to be received during the term of the contract 1 200Mg/year.

The service of collection, transport and transfer for thermal disposal in an incineration plant of medical waste and medicines code 18 01 03* and medicines code 20 01 32, stored on the premises of the DZO.

Estimated quantity to be collected during the term of the contract:

-waste code 18 01 03* approx. 3 600 Mg/year,

-waste code 20 01 32 approx. 4 200 Mg/year.
