Project management for the construction of 24 T1 housing units for senior disabled people and construction of 29 social housings.The principle of realization will allow the implementation of common spaces shared between the residents of the LLS and those of the home, including common terraces in terms of meeting areas, a landscaped central square for shared gardens.A building consisting mainly of T1 with a meeting area overlooking common/shared green spaces and LLS housing in small collectives that inhabit the slope (oriented North South).
