Ten promotional banks have joined forces in the so-called banking cooperation. The collaboration relates, among other things, to the operation, maintenance and further development of shared systems. The cooperation is not a company that participates in legal transactions. The members of the cooperation act individually or jointly in accordance with the contract documents contained in the tender documents. Of the ten members of the banking cooperation, seven institutions are currently introducing a uniform customer portal solution based on Crealogix technology. For this reason, the seven institutes named as clients are looking for an application management (APM) service provider (DL) who will take over application management according to ITIL for the respective customer portal production systems on the basis of an SAP Solution Manager for the respective institute.
