this consultation concerns the project management missions for the energy renovation works of the Buisson Rond (Gs 10) and Le Ruisseau (Gs13) school groups in Villefontaine.The estimated financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority is:- 1 825 000 euro (s) Ht for lot 1: Energy renovation and functional improvement of the School Group No. 10 Buisson Rond;- 1 775 000 euro (s) Ht for lot 2: Energy renovation of School Group No. 13 The Ruisseau.La procurement procedure used is the procedure with negotiation. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-3, R. 2124-3 and R. 2161-12 to R. 2161-20 of the Public Order Code. This is an ordinary allotted market and each lot will be the subject of a contract. The period of execution of the project management contract extends from the notification until the end of the period of perfect completion of the works
