This service contract is a framework agreement intended to constitute a list of project management teams that may be designated by the Contracting Authority. It concerns a mission of study and monitoring of the works which includes ordinary services incumbent on the architect, including services in the field of topography, stability, special techniques (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electricity, fire safety, drainage, air conditioning, lighting, sound system, telephony, computers), Energy Performance of Buildings (EPB) as well as coordination between the aforementioned disciplines.

This project concerns specific missions relating to the installation of pavilions to be provided by companies. These pavilions are intended for primary and secondary schools in the WBE network and can therefore be installed on different sites in Brussels and Wallonia.

The project management teams will be responsible for monitoring the following tasks: establishment of the order, site studies, monitoring compliance with the technical clauses (requirements) of the works contract (including the EPB), application for planning permission, monitoring of the execution of the works (installation on site, connections, management of the surroundings ...) and receptions.
