1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computers and monitors in accordance with the requirements specified in the Terms of Reference.

2. The subject matter of the contract must meet the same or higher technical, functional and utility requirements than those described in Appendix 1A to the Terms of Reference (Description of the subject matter of the contract). The Contractor may not offer assortments with inferior technical, quality, functional and functional parameters in relation to the parameters specified by the Contracting Authority in the description of the subject of the contract.
