DSS would like to procure a new visitor management system for the reception centres that receive visitors where DSS is responsible for joint basic security.

There are currently 13 reception centres. When the new government quarter is completed, there will be fewer reception centres for visitors than there are now.

The visitor management system will be used to register visitors to the departmental buildings who do not have their own access card to the buildings. The visitor management system will also be used to log completed ID checks of visitors to the departmental buildings.

The estimated value of the contract is from NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT to NOK 7,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.

The Contracting Authority requests tenders for a cloud solution.
