The subject of the Order is the implementation of works related to connecting customers of the IV and V connection groups in the area of operations of Tauron Dystrybucja SA Branch in Legnica.

The task includes the design and implementation of construction works specified in the regulations issued on the basis of art. 2c of the Public Procurement Law, in accordance with the requirements specified by the Employer, in particular the development of project documentation, implementation of all design works, supplies, services, obtaining necessary administrative decisions, obtaining decisions granting building permits, implementation of construction and assembly works in the turnkey system and payment of all damages resulting from the execution of these works and preparation of as-built documentation, as well as all work necessary to remove defects and faults based on the granted quality guarantee and warranty for defects, as well as other activities necessary for the completion and safe and proper implementation of the subject of the contract.
