The assignment has four parts:

 The financing of the investment(s) chosen by the developer, by means of the provision of a credit facility for the maximum amount(s) set out below, to finance capital expenditure

 Financial assistance and administrative services

 Administrative, financial and technical support for the client during the duration of the project(s), hereinafter referred to as technical-financial project management

 Drawing up a design for the realization of an extension of the existing care site located at Statiestraat 80 in 8810 Lichtervelde. (architecture, stability, technical equipment). The expansion of the care site consists of several subprojects:

The new building of a library (485 m²)

The extension of the existing local service centre (275 m²)

The construction of a day care centre (320 m²)

The extension of the existing residential care centre (1,215 m²)

The new construction of assisted living flats (610 m²)

The contracting authority is free to decide which subprojects are to be carried out. The board can also decide, free of charge, not to carry out certain sub-projects and their associated financing.
