The lots starting with S concern the ZAC Sablonnière works and those starting with C concern the redevelopment works on Cotoni Street. Market allotted in five lots:

- lot 1 S1 / C1;

- lot 2 S2 / C2;

- lot 3 S3 / C3;

- lot 4 S4;

- lot 5 S5 / C3.

Main batch: batch 1: earthworks depollution, sanitation, 2 optional sections batch 1 - S1: TO01 - shunt of the EP basin, TO02 - final coatings. Variants authorized on lot 1 - S1 only with the requested requirements: road structure - respect the desired bearing capacity, management of polluted soil - requirement to leave polluted soil on the site, knotweed from Japan - offer a more destructive solution of knotweed and without site evacuation. Possibility of negotiation. Possibility of using similar services. Site preparation period one month from the date of notification of the contract. Start of work for each section, from the date fixed by the OS for starting the section in question.

Development of the ZAC Sablonnière and redevelopment of Cotoni Street - lot no. - S2 and C2 including the following services: various networks.

Development works of the ZAC Sablonnière - lot nº 3 - S3 including the following services: fences and gates preliminary works: installation of site, signaling of site, DOE + proofing, release of rights of way (brush clearing, clearing, felling ...), removal of fence, fence and gates: supply and installation of welded mesh fence H = 1.80 m + earthing supply and installation of single twist fence H = 1.80 m + earthing supply and installation of two-leaf gates H = 1.80 m.

Development works of the ZAC Sablonnière - lot nº 4 - S4 including the following services: structure control of new pavements, material controls, compaction control, visual and television inspection, network tightness control, bonding dossier.
