1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and recovery of waste with code 19 12 12 from Miejskie Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalnymi Sp. z o.o. in Konin.

2. Amount of waste to be collected with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11* - 12 600 Mg.

3. The Contractor is obliged to have an entry in the Register kept by the Marshal of the Voivodship, which is an integral part of the Database on Products and Packaging and on Waste Management (BDO) in the field of waste processing and transport.

4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Part V of the SWZ.
