The Juridisch Loket intends to conclude an agreement with one contractor for the design, design, further development, management and maintenance of the website. The Juridisch Loket wishes to work together with a contractor (digital agency) who can carry out many activities in the digital field, including digital marketing as well as management, and thus contributes strongly to the accessibility and helpfulness of the Juridisch Loket.

All economic operators that meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a Partnership and/or by calling on Third Parties and/or Subcontractors.

The scope of the contract is estimated for the described services between € 50,000 and € 75,000 (excl. VAT) per year, including license costs for the CMS, excluding hosting and excluding further development of existing functionalities and development of new functionalities.

Calculating with an agreement of 4+2+2 years, this results in a minimum order value of € 400,000 and a maximum assignment value of € 800,000 (excl. VAT), including further assignments for the (further) development of the website. The maximum moves with the indexation.
