The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled Comprehensive maintenance of riverbeds and water facilities in the area of Water Supervision in Kazimierza Wielka. The order has been divided into 3 lots, each of which includes separate tasks. Work on all parts of the contract must be carried out under the control of environmental supervision. Detailed rules for exercising supervision are specified in the Description of the subject of the contract and the draft contract. The cost of providing environmental supervision shall be borne by the Contractor. The detailed scope and order is specified in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ) and the draft contract (Annexes No. 1 to the SWZ). Note: an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract are templates of offer calculations (Annex 4 to the SWZ), which in terms of item description and measurement determine the subject of the contract and thus act as bills of quantities.

1. Comprehensive maintenance of the government Jakubówka at km 0+440-1+900 in the town of Działoszyce, Jakubowice and at km 6+900-7+800 in the town of Jakubowice. Kujawki

The scope of works to be performed includes m.in .:

at km 0+000 – 0+150:

I. cutting trees with a power saw with a diameter of 10-15 cm – 2 pcs.;

II. cutting trees with a power saw with a diameter of 16-25 cm – 2 pcs.;

XI. cleaning of frame culverts 2.0x2.0 m from silt with a depth of silting of the cable up to 1/3 of the height (bridge "Kujawki" clearance 2.30 m and length 4.50 m) – 4.5 m;

XII. making single and double bands from fascine sausage with a diameter of 15 cm with land transport – 250 m;

XIII. obsiewie skarp – 4 500 m2;

XIV. underseeding in turf areas in 1-stage track-wheeled technology in difficult and normal conditions with a rotary tiller as a leading machine on light, medium and peat soils – 0.9 ha.

2. Comprehensive maintenance of the government Wiekanocna at km 1+000-2+800 in m. Dzierążnia

The scope of works to be performed includes m.in .:

at km 1+250-1+988:

I. manual or mechanical (depending on the terrain) mowing of dense hard lichens from slopes - with transport outside the work area and disposal - 3 690 m2;

II. manual cutting and grubbing of bushes of medium density - shrubs whose age does not exceed 10 years with grubbing of trunks (approx. 20%), which grow in the bottom or on slopes, where carps form narrowing of the trough - 0.23 ha;
