The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the management of municipal waste from the municipality of Przemyśl, including:

a) management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected selectively collected from owners of real estate covered by the municipal waste management system (inhabited, mixed, uninhabited real estate) and collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK);

b) management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected separately from municipal areas (municipal cemeteries, city markets, city toilets, street bins, stop bins, recreational places, illegal dumps, etc.).

Total mass of waste to be managed:

1) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with the code 20 03 01 in an amount of about 18 576 Mg;

2) municipal waste collected selectively in the amount of about 2 815 Mg.

1.1. Utilization of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with the code 20 03 01, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of about 17,710 Mg.

1.2. Utilization of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with the code 20 03 01, from municipal areas, in an amount of approximately 866 Mg.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Contract (SIWZ) - for task No. 1.

Waste management with code 20 01 99 - other non-specified fractions collected selectively (metals and plastics, multi-material packaging), 15 01 06 mixed packaging waste, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of about 800 Mg. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to the ToR - for task 2-5.

Management of paper and cardboard waste with codes 20 01 01 and 15 01 01, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of about 510 Mg. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is: Annex 2 to the ToR - for task 2-5.

Management of glass waste with codes 20 01 02 and 15 01 07, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of about 560 Mg.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is: Annex 2 to the ToR - for Tasks 2-5.

5.1. Waste management in the form of waste tires, bulky waste and debris and construction waste, covered by the municipal waste management system:

a) waste management in the form of used tires with code 16 01 03, in the amount of about 22 Mg;

b) management of bulky waste with code 20 03 07, in the amount of about 380 Mg;

c) waste management in the form of debris and construction waste with codes 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 20 02 02, included in the municipal waste management system, in the amount of approximately 180 Mg.

5.2. Waste management in the form of used tires and bulky waste from municipal areas:

a) waste management in the form of used tires with code 16 01 03, in the amount of about 3 Mg;

b) management of bulky waste with the code 20 03 07, in the amount of about 3 Mg.

Utilization of used and expired drugs as well as hazardous and inert wastes covered by the municipal waste management system:

a) utilization of used and expired drugs with code 20 01 32, in the amount of about 3 Mg;

b) management of hazardous and inert waste collected at the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and from the municipal waste stream, with codes: 08 01 11 *, 08 01 12, 15 01 10 *, 15 02 02 *, 20 01 10, 20 01 11, 20 01 13 *, 20 01 19 *, 20 01 25, 20 01 27 *, 20 01 28, 20 01 80, 20 01 99, in an amount of about 4 Mg.

7.1. Biowaste management with the code 20 02 01 (small branches, grass, leaves, wood chips) covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of about 250 Mg.

7.2. Utilization of bio waste with code 20 02 01 (small branches, grass, leaves, wood chips) from municipal areas, in the amount of about 100 Mg, including:

1) originating from own areas of the Przemyśl urban commune - in an amount of about 45 Mg;

2) from tasks commissioned by the Municipal Road Authority in Przemyśl (road lanes) - in the amount of about 55 Mg.
