NSB will establish a new system for IAM (Identity and Access Management). The system will facilitate interaction between the companies, improve identity management in the group and make use of the functionality in the Microsoft licences that the organisation owns.

Tenderers must have competence within implementation, adaptation of an IAM system to the customer's existing systems and needs, as well as monitoring and support.
