Kymsote-Kiintet Oy establishes a framework arrangement for the tasks of a developer consultant.
The Consultant undertakes to perform the framework contract tasks set out below:
Design of construction projects
Cost guidance for construction projects
Scheduling guidance for construction projects
Participation in public procurement competitions
Preparation of works contracts
Functions of the humidity control coordinator
Occupational Safety Coordinator tasks
In addition, the framework framework framework shall be established:
- supervision of construction work
- Electrical work monitoring
- Monitoring of plumbing works
A framework arrangement shall be established for the procurement. Up to 5 contracting partners are selected for each subdivision.
Framework contract tasks include redevelopment and renovation projects.
The framework arrangement covers the entire area of Kymsote-Kiintetet Oy in Kymenlaakso. Kotka Central Hospital's Consultant Consultant Agreement will expire at the end of 2022, which is also related to the contract on 1 January 2023.
The framework arrangement is valid for 48 months after the signature of the agreement.
