The Contracting Authority intends to award a planned and cyclical maintenance works contract.

This will be including cyclical redecoration and repairs works to the communal areas of approx. 50 schemes.

The works will include but not limited to:

— general maintenance/repairs;

— redecoration;

— external site works;

— servicing and/or repairing existing fire rated doors and frames;

— cleaning floor coverings;

— electrical testing (landlord's meter) of residential unit;

— window servicing.

There will also be some planned replacements of emergency lighting, fire alarms, warden call systems and installation of new central heating systems.

The contract will include properties throughout Northern Ireland and the duration will be 36 weeks inclusive of all holidays.
