The purpose of the tender is to conclude an agreement for the delivery of a collective AOV for the benefit of the Client in accordance with the provisions of this specification. With the selected Contractor, the Client wants to enter into an agreement with a term of at least 3 years with the possibility to extend by 2 x 1 year and will subsequently take effect after termination of the active collective AOV.

In 2022, the client will have 1600 employees. The client's expected insured pension base (total wage bill) in 2024 is € 56,790,488
