This contract is awarded in the form of a contract with a formalized procedure pursuant to Articles L1111-1, L1111-4 and L2124-1, and Articles R2124-1 and R2124-2-1 ° of the Public Order Code.
The contract is concluded for a period of 3 years from its notification.
By way of derogation from article 3.1.2 of the ccags fcs, the notification is deemed to have been made on the date of dispatch of the documents on the buyer profile.
