The procedure concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with a single economic operator pursuant to art. 54 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 for the localized ordinary maintenance service of the bituminous road pavements of the Municipality of Livorno

The Framework Agreement is aimed at defining the general conditions for the award of contracts for the execution of punctual and localized interventions of ordinary maintenance of the bituminous road pavements of the Municipality of Livorno: the implementation contracts will consist of ordinary maintenance services, not predeterminable in number, which will be necessary during the duration of the individual contracts awarded. The maintenance interventions are characterized by ordinary and repetitive performances of not particular complexity and design articulation.

The service is included in CPV 5023000-6 "Repair, maintenance and similar services related to roads and other equipment, however, for the correct execution of the interventions included in the maintenance service in question, SOA qualification for category OG3 is also necessary.
