In the southern Oberwiesenfeld construction area, an ensemble of buildings consisting of 4 houses, each with 5 to 8 floors and an underground car park, is being built in 2 construction phases.

Approx. 600 subsidized apartments are planned, plus 3 kindergartens and office space for the stadium construction.

The planning area remains largely car-free above ground. The shape and inner structure of the southern building form a protection against the heavily used Schwere-Reiter-Straße.
