The subject of the Order is the execution of deliveries entitled: "Purchase of limestone flour with transport" in the period from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, in the total amount of 257,400 tons,

divided into 3 (three) NW. Parts:

Part 1:

Delivery of limestone flour with transport

in the amount of 85 800 tonnes,

Part 2:

Delivery of limestone flour with transport

in the amount of 85 800 tonnes,

Part 3:

Delivery of limestone flour with transport

in the amount of 85 800 tonnes,

which is to be delivered to NW. Location:

• Power Plant "Kozienice", Al. Józefa Zielińskiego 1, Świerże Górne, 26-900 Kozienice.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity of Meal expected for delivery during the term of the Agreement in accordance with the following. The actual quantity of Meal delivered may be:

• for Lot 1 of the Subject of the Contract: from 68 640 tons to 85 800 tons,

• for Lot 2 of the Subject of the Contract: from 68 640 tons to 85 800 tons,

• for Lot 3 of the Subject of the Order: from 68 640 tons to 85 800 tons

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity of Meal expected for delivery during the term of the Agreement. The actual quantity of meal delivered can range from 68,640 tonnes to 85,800 tonnes.

The above provision results from the possibility of reducing electricity production caused by the amount of energy demand by the national power system and in the event of a failure of generating equipment at the Ordering Party, resulting in a long-term maintenance shutdown or reducing the demand for Meal as a result of optimizing the operation of power units and flue gas desulphurization installations, as well as changes in environmental requirements for flue gas desulphurization.
