1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of racks, divided into 3 partial tasks: Partial task No. 1 – delivery and assembly of 43 pieces of brand new double-sided sliding racks and 3 single-sided sliding racks on the running tracks and 5 stationary racks for ten rooms numbered 1.03, 1.04, 1.05, 1.06, 1.06a, 1.07, 1.08, 1.09, 1.24, 1.27 together with the execution of the floor for the above-mentioned rooms of the Department of Civil Affairs and Foreigners of the Silesian Voivodship Office in Katowice located at Damrota 16 Street in Katowice. Partial task No. 2 - delivery and assembly 15 pcs. stationary racks in the storage room for the needs of the Department of Civil Affairs and Foreigners located in the Silesian Voivodship Office in Katowice, Branch in Bielsko-Biała at 40 Piastowska Street.
