The purpose of the consultation is to award a mixed framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts, for the realization of project management missions for the restoration and maintenance of ramparts, glacis and buildings related to the municipality of Lescar. The purpose of this contract is to appoint a project manager who will accompany the town hall of Lescar in its objective of restoration and maintenance of the ramparts, glacis and related buildings for which the Municipality of Lescar is the contracting authority.
