The competition is for the procurement of a turnkey contractor for the construction of a new school at Øye in Surnadal. Tenderers are asked to note that the chosen contract form is a turnkey contract with transfer of engineering designers.

The work comprises both a new building and alterations to an existing secondary school. The plan is to co-locate Øye primary school and Surnadal secondary school. The school sites are to be adapted to current and future educational needs and the number of pupils.

A site inspection/information meeting will be held on 20.12.2018 at 13:00. Meet at: Surnadal secondary school, the canteen, Øyatrøvegen 22, 6650 Surnadal.
