The purpose of this Public Transport Procurement Procedure is to conclude a Framework Agreement with a Party for Legal Advice and Attorney Services relating to Public Transport Law by means of a European Procurement Procedure.

The assignment relates to the provision of advisory and lawyer services related to Public Transport Law. This means that a party can be engaged with respect to:

- legal advice on public transport law issues requiring specific knowledge or if insufficient capacity is available internally to answer questions;

- legal advice on Public Transport Law where there are indications or risks that court proceedings will be conducted;

- legal advice on Public Transport Law in preparation for judicial proceedings;

- legal representation if it relates to Public Transport Law, by a lawyer.

The Client intends to conclude a Framework Agreement for this Assignment with one Contractor with a intended term of two (2) years. In doing so, the Client has unilaterally the possibility to renew the Framework Agreement for a maximum of twice one (1) year under the same conditions.
