The services include leasing, delivery, sub-distribution, construction, maintenance, dismantling, pick-up of rented furniture. The services are subdivided into 5 partial lots. The demand for rental furniture is divided into the following partial lots:

Lot 1: Rental Furniture Berlinale Palast, Press Center, Service Center / Lot 2: Rental Furniture Berlinale Offices and Guest Reception / Lot 3: Rental Furniture Berlinale Cinemas and Ticket Offices / Lot 4: Standard Rental Furniture for the European Film Market (EFM) / Lot 5: Design Rental Furniture for the European film Market (EFM) / The services are to be awarded for the period from 1.9.2019 to 31.8.2022 and are available with the option to extend from 1.9.2022 to 31.8.2024, and from 1.9.2024 to 31.8 .2026 (total 84 months).

Lot 1 includes the leasing of various rental furniture, which are required for the festival in the Berlinale Palast, the press center and the service center. Depending on the respective (annual) planning, the Berlinale Palast (Theater am Potsdamer Platz), the Berlinale Press Center (Grand Hyatt Hotel Potsdamer Platz) and the Berlinale Service Center (Eichhornstraße 3 in 10785 Berlin) are currently planned as venues. The services include leasing, delivery, sub-distribution, construction, maintenance, dismantling, pick-up of various furniture.

The scope of supply includes the placement of the furniture according to the specification of the responsible technical management of the IFB. For the achievements narrow time windows are specified, in which they must be provided and which must be adhered to in order not to jeopardize the course of construction and dismantling work as well as the organization of the film festival.

The services include leasing, delivery, sub-distribution, construction, maintenance, dismantling, picking up furniture. Depending on the respective planning, possible venues include the Berlinale Guestreception (Potsdamer Platz 11) and the offices Potsdamer Straße 5 and Potsdamer Platz 11.

The scope of supply includes the delivery, the construction and the placement of the furniture according to the specifications of the responsible technical management of the IFB (eg floor plan) as well as the dismantling and removal of the furniture. For these services, time windows are announced, in which the performance is to be provided and which must be adhered to in order not to endanger the course of construction and dismantling work.

The rental periods are in the period from 01.11. of the respective year until 31.03. of the following year.

The services mainly include leasing, delivery, sub-distribution, construction, maintenance, dismantling, pick-up of rented furniture.

Cinemaxx Cinema Potsdamer Platz, Friedrichstadtpalast, Cinestar at the Sony Center, Cinema Cubix at Alexander Platz, Haus der Berliner Festspiele, House of World Cultures, Potsdamer Platz Arkaden, Urania Berlin are among the possible venues that are currently available , Cinema International and Bluemaxx Theater box office. A change or addition of further venues remains reserved.

The rental periods are in the period between 01.11. of the respective year until 31.03. of the following year. As a rule, the Berlin International Film Festival takes place for a duration of about 14 calendar days in the month of February.

The service includes the provision of standard rental furniture for the European Film Market (EFM). It includes the delivery and installation of the furniture according to a given floor plan, as well as the dismantling and collection of rental furniture. The rental furniture must achieve the high design and functional quality specified in the rental furniture catalog provided by EFM for exhibitors. They are rented by EFM for their own purposes and by individual exhibitors who choose to exhibit at a high-quality stand at the European Film Market. The scope of supply includes the delivery, the construction and the placement of the furniture according to the specifications of the responsible sales department of the EFM as well as the dismantling and removal of the furniture. For these services, narrow time windows are announced in which the performance is to be provided and which must be adhered to in order not to jeopardize the course of construction and dismantling work.

Venues include Martin Gropius Bau / Gropius Park, Berlin Marriott Hotel Potsdamer Platz, Berliner Freiheit and Zoo-Palast.

The service includes the provision of various high-quality rental furniture for the EFM, whose design and quality is specified. It includes the delivery and installation of the furniture according to a given floor plan, as well as the dismantling and collection of rental furniture. The rental furniture must achieve the high design and functional quality specified in the rental furniture catalog provided by EFM for exhibitors. They are rented by EFM for their own purposes and by individual exhibitors who decide to exhibit at a high-quality stand at the European Film Market.

The scope of supply includes the delivery, the construction and the placement of the furniture according to the specifications of the responsible sales department of the EFM as well as the dismantling and removal of the furniture. For these services, tight time windows are announced, in which the services are to be provided and which must be adhered to in order not to jeopardize the course of construction and dismantling work as well as the implementation of the European Film Market.

The current venues are Gropius Bau / Gropius Park, Berlin; at the Marriott Hotel on Potsdamer Platz, the Berliner Freiheit and at the Zoo-Palast.
